- You will normally receive your items within 3-5 days of your order being processed. Personalised items may take longer but we will keep you updated on the progress.
- We are happy to deliver your items to any address specified on the order form for no extra charge... Just indicate clearly where the goods are to be sent - and if the invoice is to be excluded from the package (in case its a gift)...
- If your purchase is a gift for someone we will gift wrap for you as standard in an organza bag, wrapped in tissue paper. We are also happy to include a handwritten note if requested.
- You may return most new, undamaged items purchased within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
- Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return
- Yes, you can. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different size or colour at the same price
